Off season track & field
Coach Amanda Starling called all Track & Field Athletes to A-1 on Friday 9/15 to share some information on the upcoming season. Athletes will soon be getting a jump on their conditioning through weight room workouts and pool recovery in the near future. These workouts will take place in the evenings beginning on 9/19. Athletes will need to bring a towel and warm clothes for after the pool. All athletes must be cleared on home campus before participating.
